Where do I start?

  • Little person party? Choose our Polly kids high tea experience

  • Birthday, hens party, baby shower, or catch-up with the girls? Choose our Anna high tea experience

  • Looking for corporate events? Choose between Alice and Anna packages - get in touch to discuss

I have limited space - how will my high tea look?

We can make any size space beautiful! Previous Tea Belles events have included:

  • Scattered small tables throughout an apartment

  • A wedding tea with catering presented buffet-style and teaware arranged on the sideboard

  • Outdoors on the client’s picnic table

  • Various hired spaces such as community halls and council rooms

  • Individual place settings on large sit-down tables

  • Buffet-style for a more casual celebration and corporate events

*Please note we are unable to supply tables or chairs.

How will the day run?

On the day of your event, we’ll arrive at the agreed time with either your hamper, or your catering and teaware.

For Anna and Polly experiences, if you’ve chosen our Setup & Style option, we’ll set up your high tea table with the teaware and all the treats for a perfect event.

We’ll leave you to enjoy your celebration with your guests, and will return 2-3 hours later to collect the teaware.

All teaware will need to be hand-washed* and packed ready for collection, unless you’ve chosen our Wash & Packdown service, where we will take care of everything for you.

*Our delicate teaware is gilt-trimmed and cannot go in the dishwasher!

How long will it take to set up?

We allow 90 mins to set up for groups up to 12, and 120+ mins to set up for up for larger groups.

If you’re booking an Anna or Polly experience, allow a similar amount of time to set up and get everything perfect.

Alternatively, we can take care of the hard work with our additional Setup and Styling package!

What are the optional extras?

Choose any of our optional extras for an elevated experience:

  • Setup & Style: pop the Champagne while we set and style your beautiful high tea table with linens, teaware, and catering, ready for you and your guests to enjoy.

  • Wash & Pack Down: if soapy water and packing are not your thing, or you simply want to enjoy more time with your guests, we’ll return and magic everything away.

  • Fresh flowers, professionally arranged in vintage silver teapots, add the finishing touch to a beautiful table - and the flowers are yours when the teapots return home!

What if my guests have dietary requirements?

We aim to be flexible and can offer fully vegetarian or gluten free menus, for the entire party.

Please note that we use allergens such as nuts, dairy and gluten and are not coeliac-registered.

What is the booking process?

It couldn’t be easier! Book via our contact form and we will be in touch or send through a quote, based on your responses.

To reserve your date we’ll need a deposit, and final numbers can be confirmed 7 days out from your event.

Can I choose a theme?

Yes! Our teaware is mix and match with a vintage vibe and previous events have been:

  • Mad Hatter style brights (we also have table props!)

  • Baby shower / gender reveal pastels

  • Elegant monochrome
